For a different kind of shopping experience, Town Center Drive has specialty boutiques and a variety of restaurants. In addition to the major shopping options, there are dozens of smaller, village and neighborhood shopping centers throughout Valencia.

Valencia Recreation

One of Valencia property's best features is its Paseo system. With over 30 miles of pedestrian walkways that link together all of Valencia, you're always within walking distance of fun and home. Just like in a quaint European town, the Paseos are lighted, paved walkways that wind throughout the entire community, complete with bridges and tunnels so you can avoid crossing any streets. It's even easy to send your kids out biking to a friend's house on the Paseos. There are also trails that run along the Santa Clara River that connect Valencia to a network of wilderness trails and preserved natural open space.
